Boot Loop on Flashed ROMs

I recently went throught the HTC Dev process to unlock my bootloader and I now have it unlocked. Some app says that my phone is rooted and i have Super User, but any ROM i flash will download and everything but then it gets stuck at the boot logo. I've tried different miui versions and CyanogenMod 9 and they get in a boot loop. Please help fix.

if you have cwm recovery installed

after flashing the rom ..do the "extra 1" step from this guide

also as you are S-ON and has unlocked bootloader ..its better if you have 4EXT recovery
to install 4EXT ..you need to do step #2 and step #3 (pretty important step)

also read the guide to the letter..which will make you understand why the error is happening and how you can prevent it

Also please learn to use the search button..this problem has been posted tons of times ..and there are literally 100 of threads with the same problem..and they were solved
