Boot up/down problem

[Weekend']

Hey,
this morning I noticed my S4 mini takes longer to boot up/down. When I turn it off the part when the back and the other button glow it takes much longer and when I turn it up I have to hold the Power button longer. The only thing I changed recently is that I installed a kitkat icon pack and I installed Flappy bird. I also got a new sd card.

Do you have alot of apps in you phone ?
What root apps you have installed "like xposed framework.etc"
