(Take a backup , just in case , not needed actually, ive tested all files) (Make sure you have enabled custom bootanimations , IF not go here - Enable Custom Bootanimations Hit thanks to the dev there)
1.Download manual installation files, rename file to bootanimation.zip
2.Copy files to phone.
3.Backup your current bootanimation from system/media folder and your Poweron.ogg file from system/audio/ui using Root Explorer or other root file managers ,
4.Copy the bootanimation.zip to /system/media folder and Poweron.ogg file to system/audio/ui folder , Mount R/W (make it writable) , overwrite the files, set permissions to rw-r--r-- and reboot and Enjoy !
5.Dont forget to hit the thanks button !

you dont need to apply anything , just copy paste PowerOn.ogg to the system/audio/ui folder and set permissions - rw-r-r and reboot

i have tried to copy the files however unable to copy them using root explorer, and the mount r/w is not functioning somehow its jst dead when i click it turns blue and nothing happens...

then the problem is with your app , use ES File explorer and try , its not an issue with the bootanimation.
My problem, have sound without any picture... any solutions?

I'm using Cyanogenmod 11. Got the animation to work, but no sound from Poweron.ogg.
You need to find out where the poweron.ogg file is in your phone and replace the file I have given with that. Good luck

Then your rom has disabled poweron sounds, you need to enable them for them to work

well its actually nice cuz stark is my fav hero but at the stark industries part, it does not load the ui screen only the stark industries part and i cant see the launcher. how do i get out of that?

Can anyone help me get this installed on my Verizon Samsung Galaxy S 4? it's running the newest version of Eclipse ROM and has SafeStrap boot recovery. I've mounted R/W, set the files to rw-r---r--, placed them in system/media and system/media/ui (for the .ogg file). Please someone help!!
