Method 1 I tried with several boot animation modules. Didn't work.

Method 2 there is no system/media on the color/is n20

Method 3 haven't tried

You'll find system/media under /system/product/media and product/media.

Method 3 is usually the easiest.

No need to patch vbmeta in order to change the bootanimation.

unsure if your on oos13 but the animation is in Root / my_product / media / bootanimation

I used a module made by panL and have successfully modified the cyberpunk logo and shutdown animation on my op9

Not trying to hijack this thread but you might possibly be able to use the same module and replace the bootanimation.zip and flash via Magisk.

Thank you, sir. This is an excellent collection and it's very easy to change animations on LOS 20 if you're already running linux because product.img is a raw ext4 filesystem image, and fastboot can flash it directly.

I'm currently sporting Black Planet but will change it for the next update (every 7 days...)

I haven't tried flashing one of these yet with Magisk; and I'm not sure if it'll even work on Android 13; but when I do and if it works how would I go back to my stock boot animation?

EDIT: I should have looked into this thread more before posting. Some earlier comments made me believe that there were Magisk flashable zips here. I could make my own, but I don't think I can copy the stock animation with Android 13. I'll need to look into this further myself.

Great animations though! I really like them a lot.
