Booting always to no command screen

After every restart, phone boots to recovery mode and it always boots with no command screen. I also tried clean fastboot rom flashing procedure but it still boots to no command screen.

Please guide how do I make phone normally boot to system?

I am on XT1643 Indian.

facing same issue tried a lot of things still no luck
