Bootloader lock...recovery menu broken...bootloop present...what should I do?

Sorry for the approach, but I don't know how to do it and who to ask to help me.I need help fixing my broken phone.I installed a Custom Rom, I didn't follow the instructions exactly and I ruined it.Now I have the bootloader locked, the phone is in bootloop and I can't do anything no matter what I try.I don't know how to unlock the bootloader since the phone is in bootloop and the only function available is fastboot ... but with fastboot I can't do much since the bootloader is locked. From what I read, you need an authorized account to be able to rewrite the software.
Help me please...any solution?

The only thing you can do is flash miui with mi flash then you can unlock bloatloader and start flashing recovery and rom

MI Flash not working when you have bootloader locked .
I try to enter in Recovery Mode to use Mi account but this is also compromised due to Custom Rom. So,I have a bootloop,my bootloader it's locked,my recovery it's missing...the only way is with FastBoot,but my bootloader it's locked so I need an account authorized by MIUI to work and flash the software.
Anyone who knows another method please let me know...thank you very much!

Unlocking the bootloader is easy and i can help you
1) go to https://mi-globe.com/download-xiaomi-mi-unlock-tool-all-versions/
and download the latest version, extract files to a folder you will remember.
2) open the miflash_unlock.exe program
3) go into fastboot with power and vol down
4) connect to pc and follow on-screen instructions
It will do a /sdcard factory reset

If this does not work then do this:
1) go to https://adb.clockworkmod.com/
and extract the files to a folder you will remember
2) open the folder and shift + right click in the window, a menu will open and click on "open powershell" or smth like that.
3) go to fastboot
4) in the powershell type .\fastboot devices
you should see something like xxxxxxxx fastboot
5)then type .\fastboot oem unlock
If it fails then you will have to go to a professional or techinician

After unlocking:
the device will reboot on its own and on the boot screen u will see an unlocked lock

Now if it doesnt reboot or keeps bootlooping, rn8p can hard-brick REALLY easy you should go to a professional or techinician
