Bootloader unlock allowed no after unlock and root

Hello, I finally unlocked the bootloader of this phone and rooted with magisk. Is it normal that the config status now says bootloader unlock allowed: No?

Thank you, so if I lock bootloader sometime or have to reset due to bootloop or something then it will say bootloader unlock allowed: yes again?
