Do U mean I must flash back to 2.1 for unlock bootloader?
My X8 now in KuyaDroid 2.3.5 . When I try using s1tool to identify my phone but no mesage comes out, process seem to wait for something.
So I hung in using msm7227_setool2 or msm7227_semc.
Does the unlocking must done in 2.1 ??

that's what most say - use standard 2.1 rom for unlocking. Though I hear success from some who dare to use gingerdx but my opinion is why risk it.
Backup your stuff and revert back to 2.1 then do exactly what they tell you to do to unlock. You are doing something very risky because messing around with bootloader could get your device hardbricked. Then you will have to send it back for servicing.

You can unlock bootloader with Flashtool 0.500 .The procedure is very easy. You can invoke unlocking from Plugin menu. Only works with stock ROM.I have unlocked my W8 in less than five minutes .

Connect phone to usb and run Flashtool. If not detected automatically select your phone as E15i.Then check 'Plugin' menu. There will be an option 'Unlock BL'. Watch message window and follow instructions. Have you tried once?

I have < if XXXX is SEMC then run "msm7227_semc.cmd"> and I'm really happy that I can unlock bootloader. I've got one questions! Where I musto run msm7227_SeTool and not to run _semc.cmd.

I'll try to unlock bootloader tommorow, I just check If i have SEMC... soo I can unlcok them. It's good to flash nAa or Alfs kernel. Because I have flash Linux dx on my old phone i iwasn't happy

It is recommended because they could clash. But i'm having both, in kernel and in rom, but i haven't got any problems so far. So it's better to remove them but its not really necessary. The modules you should delete are the ones that are in your rom and in your kernel. So probably modules like overclock and dual touch.

Thumbs up for this :). It's a great change rather than reading through my very wordy but thorough guide here: http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=1254225

Still, if anyone wants a tutorial on how to flash custom kernels, how to return to stock kernel and how to relock their bootloader, it's all embedded in the first post of my guide somewhere and also below :D.

    Cheers ,
    SpyderX

    ____________________________________________________________________

    HOW TO RELOCK BOOTLOADER :

    0. Flash back stock kernel using "Repair" option in SEUS or by using Flashtool (if using Flashtool either flash stock firmware or flash the appropiate .ftf file below):

    X8 (E15) and W8 stock kernel:

    Download link: http://www.mediafire.com/?zb3zhdkodgy55ch#1

    Direct download link: http://db.tt/gg2jJVZi

X10 mini pro (U20) stock kernel:

    Direct download link: http://db.tt/S7Nm4WZx

    X10 mini (E10) stock kernel:

-Will be added at a later date-

    __________________________________________________ _______

If you relock your bootloader while using a custom kernel your phone will be bricked!

    1. Download S1tool and extract it to an appropiate location on your PC (not needed if you already have s1tool) . (Credits go to the_laser for this tool)

    S1tool post: http://xdaforums.com/show...0&postcount=26

    Direct download link: http://db.tt/OrOQO33

    2. Then, download and Install Flashtool v0.2.9.1 beta (don't use 0.3.0.0 as profile for our phones need to be added. It's simpler to use 0.2.9.1 beta) Here: http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=920746
    Download Link: http://www.multiupload.com/7H4JT35B6G

(Credits go to Androxyde and Bin4ry for this tool.)

After installing it, open the flashtool folder and open the drivers folder inside that. Double click on the ggsetup-2.2.0.10.exe file inside and install Gordon's Gate (needed for Flashtool to work).

Note: This Gordon's Gate Driver Installation will work for X8, X10 mini and X10 mini pro. I'm not sure about that of W8 but I think that is also supported.

Note: This Flashtool and Gordon's Gate installation is not needed if you have already done this.

    3. Turn off your phone.

    4. Launch s1tool.exe in the folder you extracted s1tool to.

    5. Click on Restore button and then connect your phone to the PC in flash mode (press and hold back button while connecting your phone to the PC).

    6. Wait for the process to complete. Congratulations! You now have relocked your bootloader!

    9. How to flash custom kernels:

    a. Download the (kernel name).ftf file provided by the kernel developer
    b. Download and Install Flashtool v0.2.9.1 beta (don't use 0.3.0.0 as profile for our phones need to be added. It's simpler to use 0.2.9.1 beta) Here: http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=920746
    Download Link: http://www.multiupload.com/7H4JT35B6G

(Credits go to Androxyde and Bin4ry for this tool.)

Note: This Gordon's Gate Driver Installation will work for X8, X10 mini and X10 mini pro. I'm not sure about that of W8 but I think that is also supported.

    Then restart your computer.

Generally you have to delete all the files in /system/lib/modules before flashing a custom kernel!

    c. Put the (kernel name).ftf file in the /firmwares folder. (Don't flash any .sin files, flash only the .ftf file.)
    d. Open Flashtool.
    e. Click Flash.
    f. Select (kernel name).ftf.
    g. Turn off your phone.
    h. Connect your phone in flash mode (only when the popup window prompts for you to do so). (To boot into flash mode, press and hold back button while connecting your phone to the PC using an usb cable).
    i. Disconnect your phone (do so only when the popup window to prompts you to disconnect your phone).
    j. Reboot and you have a custom kernel!
    k. Confirm by going to Settings --> About Phone --> Kernel version. It should have the name of the kernel you flashed.
    m. To flash back to stock kernel, download the appropriate file below and follow steps listed above.

    X8 (E15) and W8 stock kernel:

    Download link: http://www.mediafire.com/?zb3zhdkodgy55ch#1

    Direct download link: http://db.tt/gg2jJVZi

X10 mini pro (U20) stock kernel:

    Direct download link: http://db.tt/S7Nm4WZx

    X10 mini (E10) stock kernel:
