I'm going to my favorite vacation spot Walt Disney World next month. I'll have my trusty s7e with me. I'll be looking for the Fairy God-mother and if I'm lucky she will grant me a wish and I'll return with an unlocked boot loader. The hard part will be remembering the magic words so I can share the good fortune, but I'll try. Details forthcoming. :fingers-crossed:

Perhaps the answer is in are faces instead of trying to unlock bootloader it sounds funny I know. Why not just start with the stock kernel break it down recompile it customize it with better features thru Linux then load the kernel with the stock rom with Odin as a default installation. Perhaps we can bypass a bootloader and do everything thru the kernel. If they don't want us to have a bootloader yet then perhaps we can work around a locked bootloader. Looking at the better picture why can't we just use Odin for everything and rule out the bootloader.

Pretry sure if anything is changed in the kernel, it will fail to flash/bootloader won't allow it to boot.

It depends on the user that knows about software Hacking if that person is skilled enough I believe that you can use Odin to install anything on a phone. That person would have to be really skilled and know his way around Odin. You can modify stock rom files and use Odin to install as a default installation. If you delete the md5 extension you can extract the tar files. And then you can start from their.

You can alter the installation.
