Bootloader unlock ,,please help ..i have the unlock code

hi guys
i have a problem regarding my Xperia Z ... one night i left it charging and the next morning my sonuy won't boot anymore..i flashed it a few times with sony pc companion but still dead ... once flashed the red led blinks three times .. tried also to unlock bootloader since with emma the phone shows locked ! got my unlock code from the sony website but still cannot unlock ..what can i do ? please i attached a photo with what emma says ..take a look i am opened to suggestions
