OK guys I went to CM12 for a day then came back with my TWRP backup
I found that my starting boot logo was again stock so I decided to flash this one
I ended up hard bricked, still with a mild vibration here and there but nothing more, no fastboot no recovery no screen no nothing.
So if you ever upgrade to CM12 know that even coming back the fastboot stays CM12, lol
How I came back??
Well I'm a Mac owner so I had to set up a virtual Windows 8.1 machine and used this tools to save my life.

Then again you can't use that tool unless your PC first has the drivers to see your One
The drivers are these

But then again you can't use those drivers if your PC blocks unsigned drivers, so I did this first...

Then I had to do step 2b of this guide:

And finally the toolkit from my first link worked and I got my OnePlus One back to 44s, then updated to 05Q then I flashed TWRP again and then I set the logo.bin accordingly.
