Bootloop to Bootloader

I went factory reset my phone and upon the reboot it goes into bootloader and won't go into anything else. I was rooted and running the arter97 kernal. I have the adb drivers and stuff but I when trying to run "adb devices" nothing is found. I'm I can flash factory firmware but I'm not sure how since my computer doesn't recognize my phone that is in bootloader?
