Bootloops on Setup Wizard (Lineage/CrDroid/Stock)

Howdy,

So, being tired of my Note Pro being slow as heck, I decided to flash one of the P905 Roms from here. I followed the instructions, but now my tablet either:
a) reaches the Setup Wizard once, then goes into a reboot loop, never to reach said Setup Wizard again (Lineage), or;
b) reaches the Setup Wizard which hangs for a few seconds, then reboots (CrDroid and Stock).

I've tried reflashing the tablet with stock firmware (as above it gets stuck). Restoring old backups hangs the tablet. Wiping and reflashing anything hasn't solved the issue. I'm kind of at a loss for what to do right now. Any tips or suggestions would be appreciated.

Edit: I'm hoping @Valera1978 has some advice. He/she seems to know what they are doing

are you clearing the cache/dalvik etc when you are flashing?

using an older version of TWRP, not the newer ones?

Yes of course. Standard fare.
And I'm using the version of twrp linked in the OP for those roms

This is extremely late but I've had the same problem as you on both pie and 10. It's not a perfect solution, but using oreo works. Going to an older version isn't ideal but it's still a huge improvement over kitkat if you want to give it a shot.
