Please can anyone help me out. I have just bought a used Google pixel xl and when setting it up, the WiFi slider button won't switch on it keeps turning off. Also when I put a sim card it says sim card not allowed. Is this phone blocked? I thought even if it's sim blocked or blacklisted the WiFi should at least work. I have tried to reset the phone but WiFi still not working? Any thoughts please?
