Sure, but any one of the 3 could have pushed the update. The carriers don't want to because they want you to buy a new phone instead. And Google/Samsung/etc. are in cahoots with them. And just because you CAN unlock a gnex and update the OS doesn't mean the companies who dropped support prematurely aren't still mega ****ty. They are mega ****ty. That's my point.
