Question bouygues app installed after update

I updated my Xiaomi 12 pro with the miui downloader app and now I have an app called bouygues app cloud installed that installed me 3 games and I can't uninstall it. some advice?

Could you post the full name of the rom?
Is your carrier Bouygues?
Example:V14.0.13.0.TLBEUXM

I don't use stock rom so wait if another user has this problem.

i also got this app, they "introduced" it with the april patch 14.0.11.0 TLBEUXM. and on 14.0.13.0 its there as well. i was able to uninstall the games it installed every day. i asked them about the app in the feedback option, no answer so far. the anoying thing about it is that everything in it is in french and i understand nothing. i found a solution for me as i am on a unlimited 5g plan. in app info you can restrict the app from using mobile data so it does nothing anymore, for me atleast.

I also got this "bouygues appcloud" installed after upgrading my Xiaomi 12 (no pro) to 14.0.9.0.TBLEUXM official ROM downloaded from miuies.com.

I can uninstall the app, but it gets installed daily without consent.
Nothing on the phone asked me to install anything. I saw it because of a "Bouygues AppCloud" notification.

@zatloide hi how u resolve this? Did you use that tool? I want to try it and uninstall this app but i'm afraid of bugs and problems in the future or in the future update... i've saw that i don't need the root on my device... can you gige me some tips and what you've done? Thank you a lot

yes i used the tool without problem, is very simple
