Just noticed that all Xperia devices are eglible for free 50GB upgrade for your box.com account. I just installed box.net to my Xperia Tablet S and blam, got 50 GB upgrade for lifetime Apparently this has been running since 2011:

I NEVER saw any advertisement about this when I bought my XTS nor I have ever seen this mentioned anywhere. So it was quite a surprise, pleasant one. Together with free 50GB for Dropbox (Samsung device) I have plenty of cloud storage now

Decided to share this just in case somebody missed this offer, at least you get something good out of XTS...

Thanks. It works great. I now have 50gb on box. Tbh I dont think it'll be used but irs jice to have anyway. Cheers again

Box has a small file size limit but it should be good enough for photo backup (or an incremental backup program with file splitting). Thanks jappaj!
