I'll cut to the chase: I've noticed that the keyboard dock will seemingly disconnect and reconnect every couple of seconds, this appears to only be an issue with the keyboard however, given that the charger seems to be working perfectly fine when plugged in through the primary slot. Now, I hastily unlocked the tablet right after I bought it, so my warranty is now non-existent. Is there anything I can do to rectify the situation? Or will it be a matter of returning it to Best Buy and hoping for the best? In addition, have any of you experienced such problems with the tablet/keyboard?

Just got home for my 3rd keyboard dock replacement. Here's my experiences:

1st dock - does not charge the tablet
2nd dock - keys in the top row does not work
3rd dock - except for volume up,down, and screenshot buttons all of top row keys do not work.

Back to best buy in the morning to try my luck again.

The dock only charges the tablet when it is below a certain percentage.

Sent from my ASUS Transformer Pad TF300T using XDA

Wouldn't the warranty still be good on the dock? So in theory you could take the dock back as defective and get a new one? And then just hope that the problem is the dock and not the tablet.

Perhaps

;)Perhaps try a different best buy they could have had a bad batch. You could contact the company see if u can get a replacement via manufactures warranty . Also it may be a problem with your tablet and not the docks.
