brick erecovery rollback

Hello people

I made rollback with hisuite, the phone turns on in erecovery mode, I give "download the latest version and recover" it throws me an error that says ERROR WHEN GETTING PACKAGE INFO.

the cell phone only turns on in erecovery, how can I do it so I can put a rom for DLOAD?

hice rollback con hisuite, el celular enciende en modo erecovery, le doy a "descargar la útima version y recuperar" me arroja un error que dice ERROR AL OBTENER INFO DEL PAQUETE.

el celular solo enciende en erecovery, como puedo hacerlo para que pueda poner una rom por DLOAD?
