Bricked aria

Hello everybody.
I have a problem with my htc aria.
I suppose I bricked it using [TOOL] Upgrade HTC Gratia HBOOT for AlpharevX S-OFF
I used this tool on my aria with android 2.1. I used a translation of this page on another website and there wasn't info about android versions
Now my phone reboots after white screen with HTC logo.

Is there any possibility to reanimate my phone?

Boot into fastboot and run the RUU.

I tried to flash firmware from HTC official site (can't attach links to this post because I'm new user here) and got this error:
Error 140: wrong bootloader version

Thanks for your advice. Now my phone works! I didn't even thought that it is possible to repair my phone.
I am very thankful.
