Bricked!!! Can't Flash or unlock device

I can only boot in FastBoot mode, otherwise I get the message "The system has been destroyed"
When trying to unlock it with the MI application, the message is Couldn't unlock.
Log file: FAILED (remote: oem unlock is not allowed)

Is there a way to unlock it?
