Get mine from aliexpress refab korean version. Updated it to android 9 by using lg-firmwares.com kdz. Phone cant be seen in default lgup but uppercut version worked well. Phone be in overheating constantly (must be because ****ty cooling system in combination with even worse thermal interface) with original battery its be like 30-35C on battery and 55-60C on CPU, with perfine battery 40C max on battery itself and up to 65C on CPU. Antutu benchmark showed result 111k in default situation and 160k if i am testing it outside. So after 20 days after phone arrived i was just serfing internets when phone freezed for about 15-20 seconds, no reaction to anything including physical buttons then shuted down and not booting anymore. Zero reaction to anything. Tried to swap batteries, safe mod boot, no charge boot no result. But if i connect it to PC (win7) it installind "care suite emergency connectivity" and phone seeing as "QUSB__BULK". Is there anything else what is can try to do before i go to repair shop?

This may be a trivial question, but have you tried to fix the software with LG Bridge. On my LG V20 F800L it happened that LGuP did not work and LG Bridge already. Try the Error Repair Update function. It could help.

Yes is did. I already went to repair shop and they said flash memory is dead. Upon connection memory chip to programmer it gives a lot of errors.
