Bricked Le S3 X626 after flashing TWRP, can't power on, PC won't recognize device

I want to thank every person in this forum for adding to the whole pool of information of Unbricking LeEco, after many attempts i could finally Unbrick it completely, the phone is RESTORED to 100%, not mirrored anymore and booting into home screen like a charm! I guess everything works now, i didnt check IMEI/SIM stuff yet.
If someone has problems with the screen being mirrored and upside down after successful flashing and writing memory with SPFlashtool - i can help, i made it through this, its not that hard to fix - don't panic, i found it then the most doable part!

follow the instructions, and then an error appears when running the .bat file, it says "flash system error" - u just have to delete the chinese letters from the folder in which the .bat files are! so from:
乐视S3_X626 make it S3_X626
If it doesnt help, change the path of the folder to another place, like the desktop. In my case it were some symbols the .bat didnt like and it didn't start.
The process then, if it starts, takes very long, don't panic, it was about 10-15 mins.
Also the LeEco takes a lot time then to boot, it took me about 10 minutes with the boot logo, but then it was successful and the phone is back! HOLY SH...... what a journey!

Hi - if you're getting this error then it's mainly because you have chosen the wrong files in the SP Flash tool. Please see my original documentation at the beginning of the thread - you have to pick the EXACT files otherwise you will keep seeing this error. You're almost there:
3) fill each fields like this by navigating to each specific file in each specific folders:
Download Agent : \..\..\x620_flash_tool_androidbrick\secureboot\DA_ BL_HIGH.bin
Scatter-Loading File: \..\..\LeEco_x620_SP_Rom.androidbrick\MT6797_Andro id_scatter.txt
Authentication File: \..\..\x620_flash_tool_androidbrick\secureboot\aut h_sv5_letv.auth
Note the "Certification File" field you leave blank.
Now it is paramount that you select the EXACT file in the EXACT folder. If you did this right, then the download rows should be populated and the tick boxes all ticked, and the "location" column is filled up with the location of all the .bin files. If you did not follow the instruction properly (like I did), what ends up happening is even though the "Name" column is filled up, the Location column will be mostly empty and the tick boxes unticked except "preloader" row and this will give you errors later on when you try to download (more on that in a bit)
Untick recovery (second row) and boot (eleventh row).
5) Then plug in the X626. At first I held down the Vol - button but it turned out that if you did this right, you don't need to press any button at all! When the USB connect sound chimes immediately click "Download". If you did this wrong, you will get the error message "BROM ERROR : S_COM_PORT_OPEN_FAIL (0x3F5)". In that case, unplug phone, hold down power and Vol - button for 15 seconds, then try again. If you did it right, it will start to flash.
Note that blueasteriod confirmed that holding the Vol - button the entire time is absolutely necessary for him as it somehow ensures that the device stays connected despite the COM port switching issue, so basically the same opinion as alberto-a-l and Catani, so I guess you can try the Vol - button option if the flashing continues to fail
6) However, depending on whether you did step (3) right, the flashing process could die within 10 seconds and give you the error "BROM ERROR: STATUS_OPEN_FILE_ERR (0xC001000E)". If you see this error then you screwed up step 3 (like I did many times) - go back and make sure you selected the right file I the right folder and the relevant boxes are ticked.
So when I put the files I see that all the boxes are unticked now I should try to do it the right way
all the boxes should be ticked once you put in the scatter files - if not then you loaded the wrong scatter files and you will keep getting this error when you flash
When you get the right scatter file, all the boxes ends up being ticked and the rows are populated. When that happens, don't forget to untick recovery (second row) and boot (eleventh row) before flashing!

Congrats! It's great to have the phone back isn't it? You're brave to want to mess with it again so soon after recovery. I'm leaving mine alone for a while!
Well, technically you kinda need to whole suite of files (2.67GB) and not just the android scatter file. It won't help you much if you don't have all the .img and .bin files in the sale folder. However, I've attached it per your request.
Remember that you can download all the files you'll ever need to fix this phone from the http://tickernel.org/how-to-unbrick-le-x626-red-light/ website (see my instruction at the beginning of the threads on what you need to get). It'll take you a couple of hours but it's worth it.
I tried but cannot download from the tinkernel.
Now Im using files shared by blueasteroid to get SP_Flash_Tool_v5.1628_Win.zip.

Hi - yes, so I ran into that problem before as you noted, and I believe another poster had a similar issue (which has been resolved). Both of us fixed this error by making sure that we have the EXACT files loaded in SP Flash tool (see my original documentation at the beginning of the thread - which I pasted below again). It's critical that you have to pick the EXACT files from the EXACT folders otherwise you will keep seeing this error. This unfortunately means that the android scatter file that you got from me HAS to match with the files downloaded from tickernel website. So in conclusion, you'll have to eventually download them - as painful as that may sound. If you're stuck at the download step, one hint I can give you is that the download links on tickernel is tricky and you actually have to click on them 4-5 times to get the downloading to start - I think it's designed to force you to see multiple ads before they finally let you download
I guess someone knows those files will get a lot of traffic...I'm not familiar with blueasteriod's method and files - this may be based on a shortcut solution that does not involve downloading all the files from Tickernel website, which is certainly possible since there seems to be many ways to unbrick this phone and the method I documented at the beginning of the thread likely have a lot of redundancies (though hopefully more or less guaranteed to work if you follow every steps). If that's the case then you will need to ask for the exact file configuration that blueasteriod used to ensure that the flashing works.
If you manage to find a way to flash without having to download the multi GB worth of files from tickernel, do let us know so I can include that in the documentation and save people a lot of trouble!

I also have a bricked LE S3 phone. The first probleme i had to face is that the files that are needed cannot be downloaded from http://tickernel.org/how-to-unbrick-le-x626-red-light/ . Could someone be that nice to upload the needed files somewhere? Would be nice to fix my dead phone... Thanks in advance!
Hi okay so I realized that I was being tersed with my documentation on how to download from the website as lot of people seems to be having issues with this step... So here's what I wrote at the beginning of the thread expanding on how to get the files - so if you follow this instruction then you'll be able to download all the files you need.... and yeah, it's a bit painful, but not as painful as some of the other steps!!!
Since a lot of people had problems downloading the files from the tickernet website - I've included the steps on what you need to do to get the files downloaded
1. Firstly, you need to find the link first! You could navigate through the website by clicking on the word "steps" which will then take you to a second page where you have to scroll all the way to bottom, or you can just use these links that I copied from the page:

2. Pick either with ads or without ads. If you choose download without ads, they will make you do some mining for them first (proof of work) and once done they'll let you download. If you choose download with ads, there won't be any mining (apparently) but you have to view a few ads before they let you download
3. If you choose with ads (which was what I did), you will first be taken to the IDSLY page where you need to do some fun ad clicking activities. First, scroll down slightly and click on the green "visit link" button once, and tell your browser to allow pop up if prompted.
4. A new page will open up along with an ad pop up. The new page will say "your link is almost ready"... yeah right! You can close the pop up but DO NOT close the new page. Now scroll down the "your link is almost ready" page and click the blue "get link" button.
5. More pop up windows show up, and some of them have the potential to be NSFW (not safe for work) so be sure to do this at home! You can close the pop up windows but don't ever close the main page or you'll have to start all over again! However, you may be taken back to the original IDSLY page that you were directed to in (3). Don't be disheartened, this is normal... they like to mess with you!
6. Repeat the steps 3-5 again, and again, and again. By the third or fourth time it'll no longer loop you back to the IDSLY page and you'll just be stuck with "your link is almost ready" page instead. This is a good sign. Keep clicking on the blue "Get Link button" and close all the virusy pop ups as they show up.
7. After may be a few more times of clicking blue "Get Link" button and closing a dozen virusy pop up ads, you'll finally get the browser prompt (legit this time) asking you to download the file - "What do you want to do with .LeEco_x620_SP_Rom.androidbrick.7z". Click save to download the file and now you're done with one file!
8. Now do the same for the other two files... yeah, this process takes a while!

I dont know why someone who originally wants to help others posts links with full of malwares/adwares. Kaspersky keep poping up watching ur links. Flasplayer.exe wants to install itself and so on. So if u want to help I suppose u dont want others to get infected by viruses. Those sites are full of adwares/viruses. Anyway could someone upload them to some normal site such as MEGA or Google Drive?

Guys help my phone bricked after entering fastboot mode.
It wont power on and I get a red light when connecting via usb
I've followed everything on this guide but I cant get my phone to be detected via SPFlashTool
The phone keeps staying in COM3 port and wont disconect and reconect in other ports
SOLVED: I just had to press volume - and power to make the com ports change

It apears to be an aosp ROM once you boot to it but everything apears upside-down and corrupted.
When I get into fastboot the device wont get recognised on pc.
Also the files ftom tikernel website cant be downloaded it loops into adware over and over again.
Should it be ok if I use a fastbot ROM for needrom once I get the fastboot workig?
And yes I have installed ADB drivers but still it wont get recognised
