Hi all,
I don't really know how I got my Mediapad M3 (BTV-DL09 , EU) bricked, but well I wanted to reflash the stock firmware (downloaded via the Huawei support page).
(Had one installed via firmware finder and wanted not to get shown from africa in speedtest apps.)
I put the file on my sdcard (/dload) and it installed it.
After it said "completed" the pad restarted and now I only get the "Huawei MediaPad" + "Powered by Android) screen. It's not possible to get it installing from sdcard again.
(By pressing volume down + power it only vibrates 2x and then the welcome screen comes back)

I can get to fastboot but I can not flash anything there because of an locked bootloader (I suppose I can not unlock it only using fastboot, can I?).
Plus the hisuite says it does not support the medipad m3 for recovery.

Any hints how to save the mediapad without sending it to the support?

If you can get into fastboot mode, you can try flashing the boot image from stock rom for your phone just extract it from the rom.. you won't be able to unlock the BL as you would need to OEM unlock tic in the Developer options, hopefully you already had USB debugging tick or this all might be a moot point..

I got a potential solution, check it out and let me know if you need any more help.

@mediapadguy
Was it possible to unlock your bootloader without enabling the switch inside the os?

Thanks for this hint, but it wasn't able for me to flash the img files because I wasn't really sure if it wasn't something hardware related and didn't want to unlock the bootloader and lose warranty.
I was really pi**ed about it, because I couldn't repair the pad myself, but afterwards it was a good decision as the service center couldn't just reinstall the software, but had to order spare parts!
(Still waiting for them.)
But it's really good to here it is possible to flash repair the pad (as long as the bootloader is unlocked at least).

If by switch in the OS you mean USB debugging switch then yes. Fastboot allows you to unlock bootloader without it I believe. You need an unlocked bootloader to flash the .IMG files. I completely understand btw, I was scared to do it as well. But I'm based in the US so I have no choice, no service center near me. I hope they fix your pad ASAP.
