[BRICKED][Z3DUAL] Some files on Kernel, System, Sys are deleted

Hello everybody, I need some help with my Xperia Z3 Dual, I am having some problems to repair, I have deleted some files from kernel,system,sys folders to try test something, when I start Sony FlashTools I am having what it shows on the image what I have attached, it connect and disconnects... and I can flash anything in Fastboot Mode but it's like 0.5 seconds only for Flashing and it disconnects

Sorry if I have English errors because I am a Portuguese haha, I am learning English.

Try flash trough fastboot in adb

In flashtool...when you are selecting your firmware make sure your phone is disconnected.
.................
So then you proceed to select firmware you want to flash and click flash.
Let the system then build the rom for flashing and once you get your pop up to connect your phone...that's the time to connect your phone in flash mode. It should work.
Don't keep your phone connected before the building of your rom.

ye use Flashtool but new release since older ones are bugged couse things changed. just Flash a stock FTF and ur phone should come back to life.
