Hello there! this is my very first post, and i would like some serious help from all of you if possible.
I own a HTC Sensation, decided some time ago to upgrade to Ice Cream Sandwich from Ginger Bread, didn´t succeed so I was stuck on previous version, although I was able to S-OFF my phone but I realized I have downgraded my HBOOT to 1.17.1111. Phone was working fine with Ice Cream Sandwich again until it started to go slow and wanted to install a different ROM, here is where I come up with this new problem.
I went to HTCDEV and followed the steps, downloaded SDK tool but I wasn´t able to finish the tutorial, now the phone is useless, I can´t mount my sd card on recovery and my laptop (W7) won´t install MTP USB driver, I have replaced my sd card with a new one transferring a new ROM to install but when I try to ¨install zip file form sd Card¨on recovery, it doesn´t mount the sd card. I don´t know if you guys know what has happened to me, but I hope you can help me.

It may be a recovery`s fault. Try to flash recovery again via Bootloader, or format your SD Card. And I cna`r really understand, did you S-OFFed your phone? And if yes, why you tried HTCDev?

Shannon, Ms.
As the post above me I am a little confused as to why you wanted to use HTC Dev when you said you were already S-Off. Anyway though I think your best bet is to flash the stock ROM via RUU. You may need to boot to the bootloader and select fastboot and enter the following commands.

Code:
fastboot erase cache
fastboot oem rebootRUU
Then run the RUU to flash the stock ROM.
