Bricky Tablet after using the AndroidPlusKernel 10

Hi guys,
I installed the AndroidPlusKernel 10 over the factory system. Bootloader is unlocked as per the instructions. It worked in theory, but I did not get SuperSu. So I wanted to get back to factory settings, and tried to flash the Xperifirm FTF via Flashtool. I guess this was not a good idea - this did not work either. To make matters worse, I started to flash the APKernel again via fastboot which also did not work. Situation is now that I see TWRP recovery when I start but can't click anything. I have access to the sdcards via the PC in TWRP mode. I tried to reset the tablet via PC Companion and got to the point where I'm requested to enter flashmode, but then PC Companion fails.

If I use Flashtool to flash the FTFs, it's stuck at this point:

Sorry that I bothered you. It worked with Sony's Emma flashtool.
