I guys a friend of mine as a note 7 and got briked and he told me this :
The phone has no software, so this is perfect, the battery was 100% always had the kernel and rom of an s7 from there that never received the update of Samsung that disabled them. When upgrading to note8 software, I have the option of enabling the oem desenvol And I ran out of boot. By using the odin to reset I got him to present the message I have in the photos. The software he mentions no longer supports note7.

Have you got twrp ? And if you test with s7 rom it is normal. Note 7 rom here.
