I just got the new nexus S and the phone cracked after its first fall
Pictures of the screen / phone after falling? Otherwise it just seems like its inaccurate on what you're saying because you picked it up and it was still recording.

when screen cracks, everything keeps working fine...even touchscreen should work.

Okay, so what are you trying to say?

I find it funny that people are blaming on the phone not having gorilla glass. Really? Go drop any phone out there. If it hits the ground from a certain height and at a certain angle, it will obviously break.

Thats BS...Ive dropped my Nexus One from shoulder height (approx 5'6") a few times now and its never broken.

My buddy dropped his vibrant from around the same height and the housing broke. Samsung uses cheap plastic...

I think that the owner must be a twat anyway to be taking a video in Portrait.

Think about it when have you ever seen a long thin Television? Exactly!!

All seems like lies to me with no proof

if you'd have opted for the black tie protection from bestbuy, you'd get a free replacement phone with no deductible fee ;) even if it's your fault
