Broken screen help

My screen its broken but my display its still working, what should i do, change the hole display or to change only the screen? Also, is it easy to change the screen and to plug it to the display?

Normally display and touch both are intact into one screen. But in Le i dont know how it is but when i replaced my S4 screen they replaced whole screen with the touch. ?
