Broken Touchscreen, need to do a backup before I send for repairs.

As the title says, I need to do a backup of my phone before I send to repair but since the screen is broken I can't really do anything. I plug it into my PC and it says Charge Only. Sony PC companion doesn't detect it because I need to select the option but again I can't because I can't use my screen I can't select anything.

Is there anything I can do to back it up? I have tons of important pictures I don't want to lose..

This happened to me as well with my Oneplus One.
I had to use a USB OTG adapter and plug in a mouse; the phone should detect the mouse and you can do all the backups like that.
