Hi , try this :
1. Unplug your device from pc
2. Open Sp Flash Tool with Administrator privileges
3. Go to Download and put scatter.txt file
4. Now go to Format and make sure that you have checked Auto Format Flash and Format whole except Bootloader , click on Start , wait few second and close Confirmation popup.
5. Now go to Download and instead of Download only do Format All + Download .

If not , try then Upgrade only or try to flash with another version of flash tool .

Good Luck :)

Hello,

Finally I found the way to program the smartphone.

- Turn off your mobile phone
- Press Download (SP Button) in SP Flash Tool
- Press Volume Down on the mobile phone.
- Keep Volume Down pressed and connect to the USB
- Normally SP Flash tool starts to program and you can release the Volume Down key.

Hop it will work for you.

maybe solution

So i had the same problem and the solution for me was to hold volume up key as i was connecting and keep pressing until the red bar is 100% then after a few seconds release it.

Apparently i cant post links but i will copy the tutorial.

With the phone off:

- Click DOWNLOAD in SP Flash Tool
- Hold VolumeUp on your phone
- Connect the phone while still holding VolumeUp
- Hold VolumeUp a couple of seconds after the red bar gets to 100%
- Release

What worked for me ...

After following
https://www.getdroidtips.com/flash-stock-firmware-using-sp-flash-tool/
I got the
error status brom cmd send da fail 0xc0060003
message.

I started doing what was said by Teddy Lo, but it was not better.

I kept my current cession (SP Flash Tools 5.1752 started with administrative mode);
went into format tab, left FORMAT WHOLE EXCEPT BOOTLOADER
clicked on START, then STOP
then in download TAB
in the select menu, choose format+download
click DOWNLOAD button
... got the 0xc0060003 message ...
but ... immediately cancel this pop-up and reclick on DOWNLOAD asap. And then, flash goes fine
(DA again with red bar, then, all partitions with yellow bar).

This way, I have been able to reinstall ROM v6 on Oukitel K6000 Plus.

Never had to press down or up volume during start-up; just let phone boot; or press voldown+power to stop/restart it, if it is already started somehow. My phone was in orange state, and my system was completely broken (not bootable, not usable). I only had working bootloader and recovery; I tried various other ways to install stock ROM, all failed. I had boot loops and other issues. In the end, I went back to SPFT, and just cancelling and reclicking ASAP on the DOWNLOAD button did it for me.

Now trying ROM v23 ... (will edit in 1h about it).

... happily for you, my windows crashed, and I had to restart the whole process, so now I can write down the working procedure:
- phone was up with ROM v6 working fine
- phone was plugged on USB
- previously installed VCOM
- could not install Android/Download driver
- Oukitel K6000 Plus
- SPFT 5.1752 started with admin perms
- DA already set to MTK_AllInOne_DA.bin
- scratter ... the only file available in the folder containing my new rom (official V23 from Oukitel, downloaded last year, so forgot where I took it - yes it's one year I am trying to upgrade)
- in the menu, select format all + download
- go in format TAB
- tick AUTO format
- tick FORMAT ALL except bootloader
- leave validation unticked
- click on START, wait 5s, click STOP
- back in Download tab
- click DOWNLOAD button
- press voldown+power to reboot the phone
- got the pop-up once with error 0xc0060003
- immediately cancel the pop-up and reclick DOWLOAD button
- got the pop-up a second time, cancel it a second time, click DOWNLOAD a third time
- sweat a lot ... DA again ... partitions again, yellow lines ... V23 installed \o/

Some steps may be be useless or optionnal; this was the raw log/history of what I did to work around "error status brom cmd send da fail 0xc0060003".

First boot is VERY long ...

1. There are two stock ROMs officially available for your device. Are you sure you are using the correct one?

2. Are you sure you are using a compatible download agent (DA)? If the default "MTK_AllInOneDA.bin" isn't working, check your ROM zip to see if you have anything else... Maybe DA_PL.bin, DA_SWSEC.bin or DA_SWSEC_CRYPTO20.bin might work for your device.

The error you are getting makes it clear that you are trying to use an incompatible DA.

Look into my suggestions, and if you still get the error, I'd recommend you to create a new thread, where you're more likely to get help (and sooner too).

solution 101

Hey guys, For those people out there whos' problem stays the same and the above-given solutions don't work cause I know, it doesn't work in all phones(I've tried it several times and stock on the same error). I've been researching this problem and none appears to be the solution that works. From the hints that I've gathered this solution work for me and might be for you also.

Assuming you have opened the SP flashtool and the scatter file is placed.
1. click download
2. connect your phone
3. list down all the names that caused your problem and do it several times
#for me : systeminfo, sutinfo, cda and recovery are the causes.

4. uncheck all the problems until none remains and you're done.

I hope this works on you guys. :good:

So i had the same problem and the solution for me was to hold volume up key as i was connecting and keep pressing until the red bar is 100% then after a few seconds release it.
