Browser problem

In the browser like when I load webpages like the tablet would keep saying loading page and page loaded and I don't know how to turn it off. The only way for me to not hear it is by turning the volume all the way down but I don't want to do that

That sounds like you have talkback enabled in the accessibility settings

I checked but its off and it was like that when I first got it
