for more explanations go to telegram Chat: @BSG_googlecameraBSG gcam is my favourite and always up to date with new improvements. Congrats to the dev for his hard work!
However i have one question in case someone can help me. My option for AWB used to be always Pixel 5 for all the camera modules and i really loved the way photos looked like. Now from version n and afterwards this has been replaced with several more specific options and i have no idea what to choose in order to achieve the same results as with the previous Pixel 5 option.
So does anyone know which white balance option in the latest version is equivalent to the one called Pixel 5 in version m for example?
Thanks and best wishes!
You need to go to Settings->Additional modules->Back Lens->Video Strem Configs
Thank you so much!
Different phones use different config, that is why it is left like this.Thank you so much!
I confirm your settings work perfectly on stock LineageOS 18.1.
I was getting desperate thinking we had to "sacrifice" EIS if we wanted to use newer GCam versions (above 7.3).
Do you think it's normal to have to use custom Video Stream Configs in order to get EIS or should we report it to BSG?
Yes, I understand but the Excel file provided by BSG (in the 'Xiaomi' sheet) states that EIS is working for Poco F1 so I thought it could be expected to work 'out-of-box'.
