General Bug affecting battery life in COS A.09

Rebooting the phone activates the Memory and Big core frequency too high even without doing anything. (see photo above)

The way to fix this symptom is to go to the theme store and change the theme. (picture below is the memory and big core frequency that returned to normal after going to the theme store and reapplying the theme.)

I am not reporting this to Oneplus customer service. Because if report it, they don't fix it..
Check if this symptom appears in OOS, and if the same symptom occurs, you can solve it as above.
Since these symptoms appear after each reboot, please reapply the theme from the theme store after each reboot.

That's a known problem on chinese community. They are saying force stopping the system desktop once and it will come back to normal.
