I converted from T-Mobile to Global the other day and it all went pretty smooth...until I got to work and tried to connect to the WiFi. I don't know exactly what it's called but to use the internet at work we have to login through a portal after connecting to the wifi network. After I enter my credentials, it gives a 5 second count to connect. Upon reaching 0, it immediately disconnects from the wifi and forcing me to start over only to have the same result. It was working before I converted to the Global rom. Is this a network issue that just happened to coincide with my conversion or could this be some kind of bug?

That's probably IEEE 802.1X. Not sure if it can cause this. Maybe try a reset or test with the T-Mobile image again.
How do I return to the T-Mobile image? I haven't seen any image files for T-Mobile. I assume I'll be safe using this tool https://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-7t/how-to/op7t-t-mobile-unbrick-tool-to-restore-t4004005?
Unfortunately, I don't know. I have an unlocked EU version of the device.
