[BUG] Report a bug on OnePlus 7 power-off charging

On OnePlus 7, Magisk installation might cause a little problem when the phone is charging under power off condition, it might frozen in boot screen and will not enter next screen of battery charging status, of course, screen always on.

After eliminated possible problem from different version of boot.img(official), now it can be sure that flashing Magisk-v19.3(19300).zip will lead to a malfunction in power-off charging. Given up Magisk and reflash official boot.img can get it normal.

Please fixed it, although it does not affect battery charging.
