[ BUG ]XiaoMi Mi5s Plus LineageOS 14.1 does not support OTG USB storage device？

USB3.0 Type-C OTG adapter,usb 2.0 Card reader and SanDisk Ultra 64GB TFlash Card。
MIUI MI5SPlus_V8.2.4.0(China) support。
But Lineage for Mi5s Plus does not support
Similarly, TWRP recovery for Mi5s Plus is does not support。
TWRP for XiaoMi 5s Plus and Lineage OS for XiaoMi 5s Plus Maintainer: @LuK1337, @luca020400。
