[BUGLESS PURE S5 PORT] COLOSSUS™ S5 ROM v5.0.1006 for A116 by CMahendra [11-Jan]

Hello!

First of all I wish to thank developer for this great and super cool ROM. I pressed "Thanks" for the wonderful ROM and rated 5 stars. I downloaded and flashed it yesterday and since then I have been testing it for bugs. I am liking it very much. However, I wish to put down my observation and appreciate if I could get some support.

1. I tried downloading the ROM three times on my computer with a good Internet connection without any success. Finally it got downloaded at the fourth attempt - SOLVED. However, it would be great to see some mirrors.
2. FM radio does not play without headphones. It says "Earphones not connected. Earphones work as the radio antenna. Connect earphones".
3. After flashing, I downloaded four apps "Whatsapp", "Facebook", "m-Indicator" and "MX Player". I made shortcut of these apps on my home screen. Now whenever I reboot the phone, all shortcuts from the home screen disappears. I have to recreate it again and when I open facebook, its in logged out state and everytime after a reboot, I have to login to facebook and create all shortcuts once again. I desperately need some support here.

Not sure but I think that is because your apps are on sd card.

Rom is just awesome.Really I respest you @cmahendra....But I have little problem that front camera is not working and not showing on camera.Please advise me.
If possible then please make Note4 rom.....

Phone and Messaging not working

I have ported this awesome ROM to my Pomp W88A Phone. One major problem however: when I open Phone app, I get a force close message saying: Unfortunately, Contacts has stopped. Then I get a message that new sim card has been recognized. Also, when I open Messaging app, and when I try to write a message, the app force closes. Strangely, Contacts app works just fine as long as I stay away from Calls. Any suggestions how to fix this, or I will unfortunately need to uninstall the ROM.

Note that my phone is Single Sim, and your ROM constantly tells me that there is no Sim in Slot 2.

Yeah i am on it and loving it i wish you could develop from Oneplus devices i am great fan of yours pure xperia 116i stock tweaked man that rom gives better backup rather than my one plus salute to you still i miss the ports by you on canvas hd ..

Sorry as I replied late but it seems that made you restless and you flashed it already and I am really happy to see you liked it.

My A116 is almost dead and someone else in family is using and condition is not so good to work on it. Development also stopped due to spec limitations of the device. Trust me we pulled it too much for more than 2 years from it, though it had only 1GB ram I dont believe myself now how crazily we did it. The time has passed and I changed 3 devices after A116. So sorry at the moment that there will be no more development on chd a116. Still for any minor issues you may post, we are always here. Good Luck :good:

Yeah it was epic device 1gb ram it handled everything it was the best device under dev that time and almost all type of oem roms were available currently i am on your note 3 rom but camera is blurry or black will s5 rom boot.img would rest no issues in a116i rom camera is the main concern lastly which device u use currently ? you still into development

video app problem

good day sir,

i am having a problem using the ROM. video apps like in FB and tumblr plays and loads(only loads) after clicking them. is there a fix for this i already flashed the rom 2x using philstouch. all apps are newly installed just got back to using my a919i. im kinda lost about fixes and stuff really appreciate any help available TIA btw any rom recommendations
