Power down the device and see if it charges. And please post your problem only once in one thread.

In addition to strongst's post, I noted that you don't appear to have the latest December 2017 patch fully flashed - the firmware reported by Ampere is NPJ25.93-11, the November 2016 security patch (and first stock build of Nougat). The latest patch is NPJS25.93-14-13 (December 2017), though we currently only have stock firmware for Sept 2017 (NPJS25.93-14-10).

If powering down doesn't work, there might be an issue with the sensors or the firmware controlling the sensors.

On NPJS25.93-14-13 however, my device is charging and powered properly, though I've not downgraded my stock firmware.

Ensure it's the whole 1GB firmware/2GB firmware when extracted, and that it's NPJS25.93-14-10.

Bear in mind that from your other posts, you flashed the December GPT, was that from the December 2017 security patch OTA?

If so, then as we've mentioned in the other thread, I wouldn't recommend re-locking your bootloader. Though the Sept 2017 firmware is the correct patch level for the bootloader on your device (B1:06 for June/Sept 2017 stock ROMs - you can only re-lock with firmware of the same/newer patch level as your bootloader), because the GPT is newer (from the Dec 2017 OTA), then your bootloader might detect mismatches in the patch levels of your GPT versus the bootloader versus your system patch. With a locked bootloader, that detection is strictly enforced and the mismatch may cause your device to not boot, and unless you could unlock your bootloader again, would likely mean a very expensive motherboard replacement.

In other words, best to wait for the NPJS25.93-14-13 stock ROM to be leaked to even think about re-locking your bootloader. Ah, the mess that comes from downgrading stock firmware...

Oh, one more thing, does this behaviour occur with other charging cables?
