Build N950USQS5CSA1, want to switch to Carrier Unlocled firmware or Verizon

I have tried many combinations and guides, I cant find anything about switching from this build? Can it be done and what files do I need.
Its a ATT Note 8 that I want to use on Verizon MVNO (Total Wireless). On ATT firmware I can only get 3G working. Only reason I need to switch.
