BuildOS Error After Adding Packages

I hope this if the right forum, move if needed. I also searched and didn't find what I was looking for though I do remember reading something about signing the packages but I can't remember where. Whenever I add a package of my own to the OEM folder, either in the new Ervius kitchen or the older one, BuildOS throws an error after I click on the "start kitchen" exe. It's an XP error that makes you close the program and the option to send MS the info. If I don't add anything, it will run fine. Is this due to some sort of certificate protection and I need to sign my packages too? If some one can suggest what to search for, because everything I search comes up with zip, I'll do that first. Or a fix, either is appreciated.

HTC Touch Pro, CDMA
Unlocked, etc., etc.

Upload a ZIP/RAR/7z of the packages you're trying to add to mediafire.
