Buttons do not work

Hello everyone,
I have a worry, buttons do not work.
So I upgraded my MCU with v2.53 , V2.59 and 2.72 directly from the factory.
My problem is still not resolved.
I have a funny message at the end of the installation.
Installation mcufg start.
Installation mcucfg aborded.
Installation keycfg start.
nstallation keycfg aborded.
Installation mcukey start.
nstallation mcukey aborded.

Is this normal ?
