Yeah you missed that you after root don't have zram because they changed it to the new style with ram expension and you can't get it back unless you have a module for zram i think but i didn't try it out yet i wanted to do that someday when I get bored 🤣 and when i want a higher antutu score but the kernel is something what i haven't seen before in stock android you don't get throttled but you get underclocked to keep performance and to cool down but anything what you change in the kernel ain't nice to have I'm still trying to figure it out but for now if you leave if stock it's a pretty good device but that's my opinion
what you indicate is not zram. is swap. take internal memory for support and if you root the mvl you can activate zram with ex kernel manager for example

As I wrote earlier i got mine, brand new, full box with 600 euro. I sold my "old" OnePlus 9 pro (also full box) with 500 euro. My OnePlus 10 Pro color is black just like my 9 Pro.
Camera has some features that i must explore.
Ram could take up to 5gb from internal memory in case you need it. (This is imported from ColorOS)

Welcome aboard mate! That's a good deal! It will be a wait for the Ultra....📱🌠

Wouldn't bother with the RAM boost mate. Performance is much better without zRAM, by some way.

Another familiar face. Good times 👍🏻

yes this one is on the way to OnePlus 10 Ultra, but for me will be around the end of the year, i think.

dladz

me too i disable zRam. 8gb are more than enough for me. I always disable all animation & vibration/haptics. The speed on this phone is really fast and i guess that the battery should be good.
My "old" 9 Pro was consuming arround 40% battery/day.

For me it feels like 10 pro is more slippery than 9 pro.
Camera needs some updates & we need MSM tool for security.

I've made a leaderboard for battery life I managed to get over 11 hours SOT with nornal usage, no trying to extend it or cheating.

Just light to medium use, even gaming. I always get over 8-9 hours. 10+ depending where I am and my day

Re: the camera, try the zoom slider when doing a video, the stabilization and clarity plus the smoothness of the zoom is Absolutely amazing.

I've got a gcam APK for the 10 pro if you want to try it.

Are you on TG?

Look for me, same name but the z is an s.

The 10 pro OOS defo needs work, it's quite bad for OnePlus, they're normally on it when it comes to their OS.

Recents flickers when you have several apps open and you click close all.

Going full screen when in portrait sometimes cuts the video to half screen in landscape.

But all that doesn't matter. Soon as Evo X drops I'll be a very happy man.

It's in the works from what I've been told.

How is OP10 pro in every day usage ? Battery, and heat issue ? I just ordered mine, will have it on Tuesday :)
Excellent mate.

It can run up to a PS2 emulator which is just mental really.

Battery life I've peaked at over 11 hours SOT.

The OS is functional and feature rich.

Camera has for me been amazing, I'm sure there is a better camera out there but it's not by far, the smooth zooming during videos is almost tv like, super stable as well.

Charging is ridiculous, and I mean literally insane, you can get a full charge in 30 minutes from 0%. You can see the numbers going up real time..

Screen is awesome, 120hz, as is sound.

Comes with a case and fitted screen protector.

I honestly have very few negative things to say about it.

But ...

No macro on the camera.

Strange glitch when jumping out of recent apps.

Portrait to full screen video can split the screen at times.

Touches sometimes don't feel responsive (think this may be the touch rate)

That's pretty much it. I'm sure I've missed good and bad, but that's my takeaway.

Good news is it's all fixable.

Sounds good. Op never disappointed me . My Op9pro was a beast. I wanted to try something new , bought Samsung S22+, but I sold it after 2 months and now waiting for Op10 pro :) Hope it is a good choice :)

Ultra ? Main difference to pro will be probably camera ( dont know if it can be better, like S22 ultra ? ), battery ? , and latest snapdragon ?
It was just a talking point and nothing official on the Ultra spec's yet. I'm staying with the OnePlus 10 Pro, since it's an excellent all a round device for my usage!🏆

I felt like that about my 8 pro, once i sold it to my neighbour with everything working, running Evo X, had the photochrom lens working, it was stellar, never overcharged and never dropped, 3 cases and all the kit it came with ..

He thought it was a sales tactic.. really wasn't I miss the dev scene from the 8 pro and the forums, they're structured correctly, the new way is just horrific, no categories at all.

Anyway, im sure the 10 pro will come good

Ultra should have 8 gen 1 Plus procesor & whatever is newer in tech.
Of course could be 1200 euro or more...

Some picture with 10 Pro. I use xPan most often

went from the s21 ultra to op10 pro. skip the op bro. too many bugs for a finished product
What bugs do you see? I just made the switch from S21 Ultra to the 10pro an dhonestly I find it is much smoother and I can't see / find any bugs. Even took side by side pics and myself and my kids like the 10 pro pics more.

    Oh, boy....
Today i got a Motorola G50 5g. Nice phone (the back is blue). Is a midranger. No gesture to screen ON or OFF. That kills power button...
The battery is low. Let's charge the phone.... Whaaaattt ?!?.. I thought that the phone is broken. I keep looking at it. That slow is charging... over 3 hours from 10-15% to around 90%.
    OnePlus is not good ?!?...

You mean buy euro model from oneplus
I mean buy what's Local to you. Not Chinese ,not weirdness from Ali express or elsewhere!

Was a huge oneplus fan from 1 all the way up oneplus 8. Then went to s21 ultra for a year. Started to get bored now and looking at the 10 pro. What you guys think yes or no. Have I missed anything the os?
I'm happy with the device.. Have the Extreme Panda White Edition, with EU ROM, A13. For me, everything is working like expected. Of course, there are some little bugs and glitches, which should be fixed with updates.. But to be honest and fair, which product didn't had issues at their initial launch? See Google Pixel 6 / Pro line..

I like the photos, and I'm sure, they are going to be better after few updates too, see Pro 9.. Also, with 5h SoT, 120Hz, QHD resolution and High Performance Mode, I'm OK with.

I know that out there are users with some performance, heating and battery issue, but luckly, I'm not one of them. So from my POV, I would buy it again..

Considering that oneplus 10 pro price is 50% of s22 ultra, I believe its good alternative.

There are so many ohter things which I would preffer on 10 Pro instead of S22 Ultra:

    - Ultra fast wire charging
    - Super fast wireless charging
    - An close Android stock UI
    - Less Bloatware
    - Dev. like root or custom ROMs

I agree, currently S22 have better pics then 10 Pro, but I'm absolutely sure that 10 Pro will make noticable steps forward with updates, the same was with 9 Pro.
