Redmi Note 9
1. click start windows
2. type env, enter "Edit the system Environment variables"
3. click Environment Variables
4. in the system variables box, click new
5. Enter the variable name: GOOGLE_PLAY_GAMES_SUPPRESS_COMPATIBILITY_CHECK
6. Enter Variables value: TRUE
7. Click OK

try opening the google play games
thank you

by the way it will still display the incompatibility message, just click ok and wait.
also this works without using the service.exe patch provided at the top of this thread (im not talking to you raresdao)

You can try to bypass a boolean "Me._ignoreHardwareIncompatibility" to True inside "service.exe". this change can force to run emulator anyway with no warranty. Link to modified ( patched ) service.exe and procedure: https://www.mediafire.com/file/hpm7slfdwlal0kg/service.rar/file
Didn't work. I tried the fix from Google themselves (GOOGLE_PLAY_GAMES_SUPPRESS_COMPATIBILITY_CHECK) as well as this. The Google fix still doesn't run it, and the exe file just doesn't even allow the thing to run. I keep trying to get it to run and it just doesn't budge, even though I see a loading symbol next to the cursor. :/
