How can I unlock this phone? When I turn it on it's protected by pin code which I don't know.I pushed out the sim card but still there is pin code. How can I bypass it and manage to work normally?

Have you even checked to see if it's unlockable. If it's a carrier/network supplied device it's probably not unlockable anyway.

How is it that it has a pin code that you don't know? if you put the wrong code in three times pretty sure it locks the phone especially if it was a sim card pin code, if it's that then only the network can give you the code to unlock it. If it's your phone then you should of used it connected to your pc before so just flash ftf via flashtool. If it's stolen or was found and it has a pin code it's probably been blocked anyway if it was reported lost or stolen so nothing more than a paperweight now anyway.

This thread should be closed, as it clearly isn't the op's device anyway. It's lost/stolen property belonging to someone else.
