---Well If You Have a HTC Droid Incredible Unactivate and you live in another country, This is Your Post---
1) try to enable usb debugging mode by doing this procedures.
for this,you should need wi-fi.
so,let's start
1)when the phone calls to *228 tap contacts icon,right to the "end call"
2)try to add a new contact and enter facebook or other socialnet dialog.
phone asks you to enable wifi, do this and connect your wifi network
3)Wait a 20 Minutes and the HTC Update notification will be open
4)Proced a install the update
5)When The phone has update you must update again because another update is pending, after update use a search boton and find google
6) the explorer internet will be open
7) Find and download any .APK and try to install
8) when you trying to do it you will be recivied a messege of unknow sources
9) you will be send to application settings
10) go to developer and enabe a usb debug
Well This is not a exactly metod for ByPass but Now You can Unlock bootloader/ Flash Recovery with ADB/FastBoot and root and Install any Custom rom
With this method now i Have my HTC Droid Incredible Unlocked and ByPassed
i Use a Currently CyanogenMod 10.2 and All works good & i Can Play Anything Game
Now Go to HTC Dev and follow the instructions for Bootloader unlocking
