Hi I have installed this because I wanted to use the per app themer but now I have random system crash errors and theme engine wont work at all (crashes as soon as I try to use it)
How can I revert this?

Dirty flash your current ROM or wait for the next nightly , if you flash the next nightly , it will replace this faulty themes store with the original one [emoji11]

Well an update
Dirty flashing latest version of my Rom (Sultan CM13) did not help. Cannot use theme engine at all and stuck with my current theme. No other annoying errors though but still pretty annoying.

Guys if you don't want any c-apps except Themes(with per app themer) and Themes store then you are at right place. Yes ! I've made this zip for those who love only new cyanogen theme engine. And the good thing is no FCs ... So you can enjoy customizing your phone with beautiful themes and also with PER APP THEMER.
Feel free to tell me if you want this package modified according to you e.g. c-apps with only true dialer & cyngn gallery etc.

Thought so, it comes with a backup script that makes it persistent with dirty flashes.
Do this, use any root explorer and delete this that I mention :
"/system/addon.d/01-cyngn.sh"
And then dirty flash your ROM.

This has solved my issue and reverted back to cm theme chooser I had before + all seems to be working as before.
