[CAB] BELL_UI interface for all vga device

HI
BELL_UI 4.30 interface ported to vga & wvga device
tested on diamond & windows mobile emulator .
this is the 1st cab released
i'm always working on this.
I've create 2 tabs (internet & facebook)
soon a tutorial for this & other info on bell_ui
landscape mode tested with gyrator 2

Know bug:
wrong shortcuts in media
not yet fixed because
it's hardcoded in .exe
work on wwe rom some bug in other language.

HOW TO INSTALL & USE:
Install
1- cert.cab
2- bell_uixb0.cab
3- bell3.cab
4- express.cab
reboot

Launch pocket express to update all feeds.

EDITING BELL_UI:

you can edit bubbles.xml
you just need to know this:
<ID>Facebook</ID> name of the folder containing the bubble files
For now i don't find a way to edit .jif files
it seem contain commands or pictures
look other bubbles to know how she work.
for now only way for update feeds is pocket express.

It's nice, and it's quick, but I think it is still a bit immature for complete TF3D replacement. The lack of a proper 'home' screen bothers me.

Good effort though, much appreciated.

nice..UI is very responsive.
I am not sure why it is asking me to click to launch bell ui..but will get to know soon

yeah wish it would launch at startup but no matter, working on fuze (minus the music tab of course)

I use Telus the other CDMA carrier in Canada (besides Bell) and after running the cabs My radio would not connect to the network, also the Bell UI would crash after adding bubbles to the screen unless I stopped its initial startup process of automatically scrolling through the bubble list.
Suggest other CDMA users proceed with caution on these cabs.
