Yeah what a bummer. I cook up a great ROM and now no CABs will install! The WCELOAD.EXE is in its correct place and the likes but the Customize program will not install its appropriate CABs so I don't have my VZW carrier cab, my device won't connect to the internet (besides IE. The default "The Internet" connection is absent.), and I can't change the WM theme (a minor issue but I know it must have something to do with the malfunctioning system).
This ROM was cooked in ERice's kitchen which usually spits out extremely nice cooked ROMs so I'm assuming this isn't a problem with his kitchen. I don't want to have to reflash but that may be the only option. If there's an EXE that my device is missing, please post.
